When hired at Colton’s, regardless of the role or department, our employees become Social Therapists- all roles contribute to Colton’s environment and ability to facilitate Social Therapy. While always keeping focused on our goals and Social Therapy mindedness, we hope to involve guests and Social Therapists on a level far beyond what is normal in business today.

As a restaurant, and with weekends being our busiest time of the week, we require all employees to have availability Friday - Sunday, for at least AM or PM each of those days.
If applying for a Bartending job, know that we require all Bartender candidates to start as servers first, and if successful, there is potential to move into a Bar position.
In general, applicants with experience and maximum availability are most likely to be considered.
